Deepsounds, the place where music is made for your soul, an Audio Production house which made a significant impact in the Sri Lankan music industry eversince its inception in 2015.
The team is spearheaded by two versatile musicians in the industry.
The Director, Sanjeewa De Silva, a past pupil of Nalanda College, a Graduate from UK is a multi-talented Audio Producer, Guitarist, Pianist, Recordist and Vocalist. He was the leader in school junior and senior choirs and led to National level achievements. He is responsible for one of the most creative music productions in the local music scene.
Panchala Fernando, the Manager and the Audio Engineer, a past pupil of St. Peters College and a Graduate from UK is a renowned vocalist collaborated with high end musicians in the local musical arena.
Among the notable works, the Christmas song released in 2014 “Christmas Time” topped the Yes FM HomeGrown Chart for 4 consecutive weeks. Sri Lanka’s first Sinhala Progressive Rock track “Windawa Awasan”, first Sinhala Awurudu Song in Pop Genre “Me Ape Awurudu Kaalayayi”, “Rosa Kusumak” a classical love song, and Youth Song for Greentel Mobile are few production that made a massive impact on the local music scenario, which emphasizes the unique creativity of the production house.
